The Werkstatt staff consists of: Jennifer Bromme (owner, technician, and service manager) Marie Oberg (shop manager) Daniel Konow (head technician) Jon Voong (technician) Our shop rate is $79/hour. When you drop off your bike you get a written estimate, an update if there are changes in the pick-up time or if we find other issues during the free safety check and always a detailed written explanation of what was done to your bike when you pick it up. Since we have been in business since 1994, growing from a one-woman-operation to a small business with currently 3 highly qualified and knowledgable mechanics, you can be sure you get the best service possible and have detailed answers to any question you might have.
